Classes & Schedules

Cycle

Cycle is a multi-level, low impact aerobic and anaerobic endurance class. A challenge for the novice as well as the elite athlete, it’s sure to get your heart pumping and your body energized while burning a massive amount of calories. Come see what the buzz is about!

Strong

Strong is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat! It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout.

Pilates

This one hour mat class emphasizes the development of your body through Joseph Pilates’ method focusing on core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

Yoga

This class focuses on two types of yoga; Iyengar, which emphasizes on body alignment and Vinyasa, which focuses on breath synchronized movement. For those new to yoga or experienced students who want to free the mind and body by reducing stress while increasing muscle strength and flexibility.

Total Body Conditioning (TBC)

Take your body where it wouldn’t go before. In this one hour class, maximize your time and effort exercising every muscle in your body guided by a muscle activation specialist.
