Pascale Petro | Cycle Instructor
Pascale is a certified cycling instructor who started teaching indoor cycling in 2000. As a certified personal trainer (IFTA) and cycling enthusiast, she has explored first-hand the worlds of Triathlon and Cycling racing. Since returning full time to the business world in 2002, she continues to share her cycling passion with spinners of all levels by designing spinning programs that “bring the outdoors inside”. She believes that enthusiasm, inspiration and a lot of heart are the ingredients to a successful biking experience. Her classes are designed to challenge beginners and advanced cyclists alike, by emphasizing technique with routines that are safe and approach a real “on the road” experience. Pascale is an active cycling team member and promotes rides for beginners to acquaint others to the sport.
Vince Hanehan | Cycle Instructor
Vince is a personal trainer certified with the A.C.E., with a degree from Loyola University. Highly motivated, Vince coaches youth sports and high school athletes! Ask him about his boxing days!
Michelle Schumacher | Pilates Instructor
Michelle is a Pilate certified group fitness and personal trainer teaching for 24 years. She a member of the A.C.E and the National Academy of Sports Medecine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and a member of Aerobics and Fitness Association of Anerica (AFAA) as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
Michelle Bearman
Michelle Bearman, in high school, began teaching step aerobics, and from there continued her training to include high impact aerobics, and a variety of group fitness classes. She is a certified STRONG and SPIN instructor and is our early morning fan. When she is not at the gym, you can find her doing her “day job” working for an international hotel company, WORLDHOTELS. She travels frequently and her claim to fame is to have set foot on every continent! Come check out Michelle’s classes and come prepared to work hard. If you are going to get up early to work out, her goal is to make it worth your while!
Linda Hillsman
Linda has been an American Council on Exericse (ACE) Certified Personal Fitness Trainer since 2002, specializing as a Senior Fitness Trainer through The American Academy of Health and Fitness. She became certified as a Zumba Instructor from the founder of Zumba, Beto Perez, in 2003. She then became certified as a Zumba Toning Instructor in 2009. As a breast cancer survivor, she faced the challenge of regaining range of motion after surgery and brings this passion for remaining healthy and fit to her clients, as well as, her classes. Linda also has a Group Fitness Certification through The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and is Body Pump certified through Body Training Systems. Laura Sirvyte | Yoga/Pilates Instructor
With a passion for dance, Laura began practicing yoga 8 years ago to reduce everyday stress and be physically fit. She is knowledgeable in anatomy, muscle movements, nutrition and health, with a certification in yoga and Pilates. Her classes focus on two yoga styles, Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow.
Tom Moore | Cycle Instructor
Tom has been teaching spin for 12 years. He is also a certified “Strong” instructor as well as an A.C.E. personal trainer. A LaGrange resident, this Marquette graduate coaches youth soccer, baseball and basketball.
Meghan Kennihan | Strong/Cycle Instructor
Meghan is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has 8 years experiences as a fitness instructor teaching spin, strong and group exercise. Meghan is also an experienced runner competing and placing in 5Ks, 10Ks, half-marathons, marathons and triathlons. She trains clients for a wide variety of fitness goals including weight-loss, strength building, general health, and races.
Christina Gilbert
Christina has 8 years experience, helping those with back issues, by focusing on core, customized flexibility, tornado ball training, weight training, nutrition and youth sports. She is also a specialist in Golf Biomechanics focusing on increasing strength to improve your golf game. She is a member of the A.C.E and the NASM as a CPT and PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist).
John Wolnik
With 10 years experience, John specializes in sports strength and conditioning, weight/fat loss, supplementation and nutrition, and experienced in using Russian Kettle Bells.
